Congratulations Dr. Priscilla Duran Luciano. Winner of the HCHS / SOL Paul Sorlie Award and the American Heart Association Award for Excellence in Research Addressing Cardiovascular Health Equity for the presentation, "Calibration and Discrimination of PREVENT vs PCE in Hispanics / Latinos Across Disaggregated Background Groups, Self-Reported Race, and Genetic Ancestry: The HCHS/SOL." New Funding Announced
Brain Health and Aging, Charles DeCarli, MD, and Hector González, PhD, principal investigators. The NIH awarded new funding for studying brain health and aging in HCHS/SOL, called SOL-INCA-MRI Long.
