What data are available in HCHS/SOL?
The Hispanic Community Health Study / Study of Latinos (HCHS/SOL) includes extensive data on cardiovascular health, metabolic disease, lifestyle behaviors, psychosocial factors, and environmental exposures collected across multiple visits and ancillary studies (participant-facing, stored-specimens, environmental, other). The core visits collected data in the full cohort, but most ancillary studies included a subsample of the cohort. See Pirzada et al for an overview of the study and specific measures.
